Within Koan, confidence is a leading indicator of achievement, and our updated Objective Confidence Index feature can help teams detect problems early and navigate uncertainty.
Last month we announced the introduction of our Confidence Index feature to summarize a team's Confidence. We’ve now expanded the Confidence Index feature to provide a similar summary across each objective. This allows anyone to gauge overarching confidence and understand the likelihood of success of efforts that cut across many different aligned goals and teams.
The new Objective Confidence Index allows customers to summarize team members’ confidence for every objective. In addition to the Key Result confidence levels, we now provide a strong leading indicator of whether you'll achieve your most important goals: Objectives. It’s a great way to view confidence trends, leveraging all underlying OKR confidence scores.

Customer Success within Koan is very important to us, and we want to make sure that everyone has the tools and resources they need to be successful with OKRs within Koan. You’ll notice a new sidebar full of support options, as well as contextual help within the Koan app to aid your team with both Koan and the OKR process.
We’ve also launched our new OKR Resources landing page, which gathers all of our most helpful content for each stage of the OKR process.

You'll also notice a new organization of the All Teams page, which offers a way to see all the teams within the organization, and the associated team members and goals.
Last month, we announced a streamlined goal creation experience that allowed users to add new goals directly within their goal list.
Continuing our work for making adding goals into Koan easier, we've added inline creation of Key Results. Now you can get the basic details for your OKRs added all in one fell swoop.
