Introduction

This guide is intended to provide your team with best practices and direction on how to develop meaningful and impactful quarterly OKRs. 

This workshop will typically be led by the OKR program owner. This role is often filled by the Chief of Staff, Chief of Strategy, Chief Operation Officer, or another C-level executive who facilitates the strategic planning process. It’s their responsibility to work with leadership to define the OKR program, develop and lead communication strategy, oversee training activities, monitor program health, and coordinate the execution of the OKR program.
